Irwin
opened a permanent NSK Consulate in Florence at Hotel Ambasciatori on
October 17 1993. NSK passports can be obtained by contacting the head
consul Maria Silvia Papais. The NSK consulate is also included in "Teritorio
Italiano Association" curated by Giacinto di Pietrantonio.
